Questions, comments, or issues with an existing order? Take a look at our most common questions below or feel free to shoot us a message!
Our highest priority is to provide quality products and excellent personal service to our customers. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our service.
When will I receive my order? We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. (During sitewide sales, it may take up to 7-10 business days.) After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days after they're shipped. We currently offer International Shipping to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order in person? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer in person pickup or local delivery unless explicitly stated.
You can order in two ways — via Penguin Random House & also Faire.com
Create a PRH Account: For more information, including terms, conditions, and to request a new account application, please contact a New Account representative. You may reach a representative by email at newaccount@penguinrandomhouse.com or by phone at 866-761-6685. **If you choose email, please include your full name and your business name, address, and contact telephone number.
Do you take commissions or create custom work? At this time, I am not accepting any new commissions, custom work, or book illustrations.
Can you create custom sizes or different orientations? Unfortunately, we cannot create custom sizes or different orientations. In many cases, the image would distort or lose quality if sized differently.
Will my order be framed? Do you sell frames? Unless explicitly stated, all of our prints are unframed. At this time we do not sell frames. Many of our listings showcase custom frames, however I have compiled a list of my favorites and comparable options.
Matting... What is it and do you recommend? In many cases, matting will up-level your print. All of my prints can be matted. Matting is a thin, flat piece of paper-based material included within a picture frame, which serves as additional decoration.
Art print quality and details. All reproductions in my shop are Giclee using a large, professional grade printer. The wide range of inks and high quality paper create a near original look that will not fade over time.
Interior Designers and Influencers: I occasionally offer designers a discount on art prints. Please email hey@tabithapaige.com to set up a specific coupon code to use frequently. I do not offer discounts on original paintings nor do I allow my work to be marked up without consent.
