Home Vol. I was inspired by peaceful scenic landscapes across the property at our home. Each painting in this series was painted on-site in either plein air style or from original reference photos. Water from the nearby Brazos River was collected and used in each painting, adding a touch of Texas to each piece. This collection has a nostalgic feel with its muted colors and old world look. This original piece is framed, and float mounted with deckled edging.
